Half cup butter
2/3 cup sugar
1t vanilla extract
1,5 cups flour
1,5t baking powder
¼ cup milk
1. Cream the butter, sugar and eggs together until very pale and light in consistency.
2. Add the dry ingredients and the milk alternately. Mix well.
3. Line 12 muffin cups with paper liners and bake for about 17 to 20 minutes at 180°C.
