We had a few friends around for a wine and games evening on Wednesday before the public holiday on Thursday. Aside from the 30 seconds, Pictionary, Cranium and of all things Sing Star on Playstation!!, we enjoyed the home-made pizzas.
Pizzas are so easy to make if you buy the dough from the bakery section at your local supermarket, grate some mozzarella cheese and each person can add the toppings they really like. Bake in a very hot oven for 18 – 20 minutes (or until done the way you like it). An affordable, fun and interactive way to entertain!
