Today is definitely the coldest day of the year so far, and the only thing that got me to drag myself out of my cosy, warm bed this morning and face the icy cold was the knowledge that we would be shooting our covers for the July re-launch issue. And the theme... everyone’s favourite - hot, steamy, sticky, decadent puddings.
There was a flurry of activity, from the cooking to the styling and the photography, and the final results were sheer masterpieces. However, the best part was tucking into these delicious recipes after all the “hard work”. Keep an eye out for our new issue, hitting the shelves on the 29th of June.
